The Mad King Thorn showed up in Guild Wars in the city of Lion's Arch last night to celebrate Halloween, and kill as many players as he could. We played Paper, Rock, Scissors, 'Mad king says', and generally tried to appease him as not to die. We were rewarded with neat Halloween items including cool Pumpkin Crowns! Check out some pics:

Well, i've been playing Doom 3 for the past few weeks, and I have to say: It's awesome. It's not innovative, gimmicky, or really pushing any gameplay envelopes.... it's just REALLY WELL DONE. I don't need a hyper detailed storyline, terminator-like AI, super integrated minigames, and a 2000 new weapons and moves to enjoy Doom3. It's scary, and it's fun. I would have to say, I would pretty much put it up there with the first 2 classics. It continues the Doom Legacy perfectly, and it's worth the wait.
In other news, Darksun Games is heading in a new direction. It's been in the making the past 6 months, under cover. I certainly won't give anything away, and I won't answer questions on it, but the winds of change are blowing here, and it's HUGE. News will continue to come slowly for some time (at least 6 months) but Darksun Games will be traveling the road of the Phoenix
